A firefighter from California has won nationwide admiration for his comforting act caught on camera at a disastrous car crash site. The accident unfolded near San Diego when a large truck strayed into oncoming traffic, leading to a multi-vehicle collision.
During this chaos, firefighter paramedic Ryan Lopez from the Heartland Fire & Rescue Department took it upon himself to console an unharmed 4-year-old girl while her mother and sister received medical care.
