If someone isn’t a fan of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is rapper turned country star Kid Rock. The outspoken musician has made it clear throughout the pandemic that he doesn’t like mask mandates or how the country has been distributing vaccines to people in need. Now, the famous Trump supporter has made a shocking announcement regarding his Bad Reputations Tour that is scheduled to crawl across America in the coming months – Kid Rock will not play any venue that has a mask or vaccine mandate.
Kid Rock made his announcement in a 4-minute video where he explains his values as an American rockstar. In the video, Kid Rock told fans that if they purchased tickets for his upcoming tour, he would cancel the show if the venues continued to enforce mask or vaccine mandates by the date of the show. However, he promised to refund fans the entire price of their ticket if the show is canceled due to Kid Rock’s strict stance on masks and vaccines.
“There’s been a lot of talk about vaccine mandates and venues. People saying, ‘I’m not going to that venue because of the vaccine mandate’ and this, that, and the other,” Kid Rock said in the video recorded from his home studio.
The American Badass singer, 51, continued, “Trust me, we’ve done all our research on this, and the consensus says that all this is going to be done, if there are any at these venues, I’m not aware of any, but if there are any, they’re going to be gone by the time we get to your city. If they’re not, trust me, you don’t have to worry. You’ll be getting your money back because I won’t be showing up either.”
Kid Rock continued to take a dump on all the “haters” that wanted him to play shows in accordance with mask and vaccine mandates.
“If you think I’m going to sit out there and sing Don’t Tell Me How To Live and We The People while people are holding up their f***ing vaccine cards and wearing masks. That s**t ain’t happening,” he explained.
Kid Rock revealed that his tour team has already canceled shows in Buffalo and Toronto because of their mask and vaccine mandates. Nevertheless, he wants his fans to be happy and understanding with his strict, unflinching cancelation policy.
“I don’t want to deal with that s**t either, and I know that you don’t.”
He added, “And by the way, there you go liberal media: there’s your clickbait for tomorrow; to f**k with me, ‘Kid Rock said this about mandates, and he’s not showing up. F**k y’all.’”
Throughout the pandemic, Kid Rock has remained in the safety of his compound, where he has been working on his new album, also entitled Bad Reputation.
“I’m glad you’re digging them [the new songs],” he shared, adding that his new songs “got all the haters’ pantie in a bunch too. Let’s see if they try to cancel me for now. I’m unf***ing cancellable. Suck on that.”
