In her new Netflix special, the highly-paid comedian Amy Schumer took aim at fellow comedian Alec Baldwin after he accidentally killed the cinematographer on the set of the movie Rust, which was being filmed in the New Mexico desert. Schumer decided not to pull back her punches as she roasted Baldwin during her Netflix special “Emergency Contact,” with a joke about Baldwin’s murder which she was banned from using at the Oscars presentation two years ago.

In the hour-long special for Netflix, Schumer goes to great lengths to make fun of Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, including making jokes about how Baldwin killed an innocent woman on the set of the Western movie he was filming back in October 2021.

The Oscars banned Schumer from making the joke about Baldwin’s killing two years ago. Nevertheless, Schumer kept the joke in her back pocket and was not afraid to let it drop during her Netflix special, which just released earlier this year.

The controversial joke about Baldwin’s killing was “‘Don’t Look Up’ is the name of a movie? More like don’t look down the barrel of Alec Baldwin’s shotgun.” She added, “I wasn’t allowed to say any of that, but you can just come up and [slap] someone.”

Her joke not only made fun of Alec Baldwin but also referenced the slap heard around the world when actor Will Smith climbed onto the stage at the Oscars and slapped comedian Chris Rock across the face after she made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. Rock’s joke referenced Pinkett Smith’s medical condition, which causes her to not grow hair as normal.

On Tuesday, a day after Schumer’s comedy special was released on Netflix, Hilaria Baldwin was spotted out in New York City with her children. She was walking on the city streets with two of her young children after a busy day as a parent.

In the paparazzi photo, Hilaria Baldwin, a youthful mother of seven, appeared prepared for the summer in a sleeveless shirt and short shorts. Hilaria was holding onto the shirt of her preschool-age child while her youngest was strapped to her chest in a baby carrier.

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin share seven children together. Their children are Carmen, nine; Rafael, seven; Leonardo, six; Romeo, five; Maria, two; Eduardo, two; and Ilaria, eight months. Alec Baldwin is also the father of 27-year-old model Ireland Baldwin.

In addition to roasting Baldwin during her Netflix comedy special, Schumer also spent several minutes making fun of Hilaria’s alleged Spanish connection. Back when the news broke that Hilaria was exaggerating about her alleged Spanish heritage, which did not seem to be true, Schumer posted a picture of herself at a beach setting along with a caption that stated, “I get it. I went to Spain a couple of times.”

Although Schumer is thought to be a liberal-to-moderate comedian, she blasted the Baldwins for numerous things that they have done in recent years.
