Couple Loses 400lbs And Shock Everyone With These Photos.

Lexi and Danny Reed were sick and tired of being obese. They were both severely overweight and struggled to eat a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis. That’s when they said they had enough and were going to change things in their lives. Now, the small-town Indiana couple has undergone a complete lifestyle change with incredible weight loss results that they’ve shared in shocking before-and-after photos.

While most experts will urge people to make small changes over a long period of time if they want to lose weight successfully, Lexi and Danny decided that they were going to drastically change their lifestyle as a five-part New Year’s resolution back in 2016.

The Indiana couple decided that they were going to stick to their New Year’s resolution no matter what. They committed to a strict diet and exercise regimen that included no eating out, no cheat meals, no soda, no alcohol, and five thirty-minute workouts every week so they could strengthen their bodies and eat more healthfully.

Now, the couple has revealed that their dramatic lifestyle change has resulted in them losing a combined four hundred pounds.

Danny’s transformation began after a hiking trip with his friends. He found himself struggling to keep up with his fitter group of friends. That’s when he decided he needed to change his body. Meanwhile, Lexi had struggled with her weight throughout her life and really wanted to lose weight once and for all.

Together, Danny and Lexi committed to losing weight together. Although Lexi had tried weight loss programs in the past with little success, she knew that having her husband on her team was going to make all the difference.

Prior to changing their lifestyle, the couple would lounge on the couch every night while binge-watching Netflix and eating whatever junk food they wanted.

Lexi and Danny had to overhaul their entire lifestyle. They needed to change their eating habits and introduce exercise into their lives. It was not going to be easy, but they had each other for support and were committed to making lasting changes in their lives.

For exercise, Danny did cardio workouts with weightlifting. Lexi preferred trying different things and experimented with the stair climber, Zumba classes, the elliptical, and weight training. The couple would commit to exercise and switch things up to break through plateaus. Throughout it all, they had each other and were able to achieve wonderful results.

In the end, Danny lost one hundred pounds. Lexi, on the other hand, shed a whopping three hundred twelve pounds during the weight loss journey.

Because of their combined weight loss, Danny and Lexi now get a lot more joy out of life. They’re able to do activities that were once impossible for them. They’re happier, and they feel more attractive. It’s a win-win-win for the happy Indiana couple.

Weight loss is a journey, and it helps to have someone along for the ride.
