Mom Goes On “Cleaning Strike” To See How Long It Takes Her Husband To Start Picking Up

A busy mom found herself constantly stuck with the bulk of the housework. Having to take care of the entire house and the children made her very tired and sick of doing all the work. That’s when Mom came up with a brilliant plant. She would go on a cleaning strike and refuse to clean up after her messy family – and she would turn it all into a test to see if and when her husband would pick up the slack and clean the house for the family.

The mom is in charge of five children as well as a house full of pets. This means that she has to do a lot of cleaning all the time, and she is sick and tired of cleaning up after her kids, the pets, and her dirty husband. Couples who work together struggle to keep their house clean and free of clutter – even if they have only one child to care for. A house full of five children and pets requires constant attention to make sure it is clean enough to live in.

A mom of five, Lynalice Bandy, recently turned to TikTok to share the horrible news that her partner does not clean up after himself. In the video shared to the Chinese social media app, Bandy explains that her house went uncleaned for five days before her husband refused to do any of the chores that she is usually stuck taking care of.

After she went on a cleaning strike to see if her husband would pick up the slash, she discovered that he did nothing to ensure that the house was clean and that her children were taken care of. That was the final straw for Bandy, so she decided to leave her no-good husband once and for all.

In the TikTok video, Bandy explained that she had to work six ten-hour shifts days in a row and did not have time to clean up the house. During the time when Bandy was busy at work, her lazy husband did not lift a finger to clean up after himself and the children. Instead, he allowed the children to cause a mess and did not bother cleaning up to ensure the family house was spick and span.

Because Bandy felt like she did not have a supportive partner, she left her husband and decided to go do things on her own. Unfortunately, not much changed for the now-single mother because she was basically doing everything herself up until she threw in the towel and left her husband.

In a time-lapse video, Bandy shared clips of herself cleaning up her trashed home after her husband failed to do a lick of work on the property while she was busy six days in a row working long shifts. Even though women have the same freedoms and rights as men, there are still men like Bandy’s ex-husband who expect women to do all the work.
